Description

Growth at 10% O2, 1% CO2, 89% N2 in the dark, illumination with blue light (10 mkmols m(-2) s(-1)) during 5 min before harvesting of cells at OD(600)=0.18. RNA was isolated with bead beater + RNeasy kits with DNase treatment. Expression values were generated using MAS5.0 (scaled to target=500). Probe intensity (.CEL) files are available upon request
