Status Public on Oct 09, 2017
Title K96243_3
Sample type SRA

Source name Wild type
Organism Burkholderia pseudomallei
Characteristics strain: K96243
genotype: Wild type
Growth protocol Burkholderia pseudomallei were gronw in liquid LB broth at 37C for 4 hours, 4 independent times.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted using Zymo Research ZR Fungal/Bacterial RNA miniprep kit following manufacturer's instructions.
Sequencing libraries were generating using standard Illumina ScripSeq v2 library preparation kit and sequenced on Illumina HiSeq2000 at Ambry Genetics (Aliso Viejo, CA)

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2000

Data processing Reads were mapped to the Burkholderia pseudomallei K96243 genome using CLC Genomics Workbench v 6.0.2, using default settings.
Reads that aligned to the ribosomal RNA loci were removed after mapping, and not accounted in the gene expression analysis.
Genome_build: Burkholderia_pseudomallei_K96243
