Sample GSM3132404 Query DataSets for GSM3132404
Status Public on Jul 06, 2018
Title Arabidopsis urt1-1 miR1510
Sample type SRA

Source name Leaf
Organism Arabidopsis thaliana
Characteristics developmental stage: 2-week old
tissue: leaf
ecotype: urt1-1
Growth protocol Arabidopsis and mung bean were grown in a growth chamber or greenhouse  with a light cycle of 16 h light / 8 h dark, at 22 to 23 °C. Pigeon pea plants were grown  in a greenhouse with a light cycle of 16 h light / 8 h dark, at 24 to 28 °C.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA samples in this study were purified from plant materials using PureLink Plant RNA Reagent.

Library strategy ncRNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection size fractionation
Instrument model Illumina NextSeq 500

Data processing The adapter sequences were trimmed from raw sequence reads, and then the small RNA sequences were trimmed to the lengths between 15 and 34 nucleotides. Small RNA reads were mapped to the Pigeon pea, mung bean, and Arabidopsis genomes.
Genome_build: Pigeon pea Cc1.0; mung bean Vr1.0; Arabidopsis thaliana TAIR10.
