Data processing |
Image data was analyzed using Feature Extraction ver 9.1 (Agilent Technologies). Result files were loaded into BASE (http://base.thep.lu.se) where they were filtered, lowess normalized and segmented using Circular Binary Segmentation (CBS, DNAcopy package).
