Sample GSM3324218 Query DataSets for GSM3324218
Status Public on Aug 09, 2018
Title 4568U
Sample type SRA

Source name uterus
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: Mixed C57BL/6 and FVB
genotype: Tg(CR1)/Tg(CR1)
Treatment protocol Male mice were housed with females overnight to determine time of conception. Pregnant female mice were sacrificed on the designated day of gestation and tissues were harvested and flash frozen in liquid nitrogen.
Extracted molecule polyA RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted with the TRIzol reagent (ThermoFisher Scientific). All samples had RQN >7 measured on an Advanced Analytical Fragment Analyzer.
PolyA stranded RNA-seq was performed on an Illumina HiSeq machine using a paired-end approach with 75 bp reads, generating approximately 30 million paired reads per sample.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 3000

Description UterusTPM_by_gene
4568U
Data processing Reads were trimmed using Trimmomatic and aligned using the HiSat2 aligner.
Transcript counting and quantification was done using kallisto.
Genome_build: mm10
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include TPM values for each sample
