The biotinylated Samples were hybridized to the GeneChip Rat Gene 1.0 ST arrays contains 722,254 probe sets (for estimated 27,342 genes).

Scan protocol |
Following hybridization the arrays were washed and stained using FS450_0007 protocol, and fluorescent signals were scanned using the 3000 G7 Scanner (Affymetrix)

CEL files were processed in Partek Genomics SuiteĀ® using Robust Multiarray Averaging (RMA, Irizarry et al 2003) with default parameters.
