Libraries were paired-end sequenced using HiSeq SBS Kit v4 on the HiSeq2500 system (Illumina). Raw RNA-seq data was checked for its quality through FastQC software and filtered by SeqyClean Alignment of the reads was performed by the software STAR along with the count of the reads uniquely aligned Data was normalized by DeSeq2 R package Genome_build: Papaya1.0, GCF_000150535.2 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: table include normalized data for each sample
