Library strategy: 4C-seq Sequencing reads corresponding to the reading primer were aligned to a reduced genome derived from dm6 unique sequences adjacent to restriction enzyme sites using Bowtie2 with the following parameters: -N 0 -5 24 -3 101 --very-sensitive. Aligned reads were then processed as described in Raviram et al (2016) for use with the 4C-Ker pipeline. Genome_build: dm6 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: bedGraph files contain normalized read counts (cis)
