The array image was acquired using Affymetrix GeneChip® Operating Software (GCOS version 1.4). Copy number values were extracted and converted from CEL files to signal intensities using the Copy Number Variation Analysis module of Affymetrix® Genotyping Console 4.2 software.
Processed data file includes: Actual nucleotide indicating the genotype of each SNP; Signal A = signal with first nucleotide; Signal B = signal with second nucleotide.
