Status Public on Dec 21, 2023
Title RGI5_DMSO4
Sample type SRA

Source name RiD-RGI5/BAK1
Organism Arabidopsis thaliana
Characteristics ecotype: Col-0
genotype: RiD-RGI5/BAK1
tissue: root from 7-day-old-germination
agent: mock
Treatment protocol Each plant was transferred on a filter paper containing 1/2 MS solution with mock, 100 nM rapamycin (RiD-RGI5/BAK1) or 1 µM rapamycin (RiD-RGI1/BAK1) and incubated for 4 hours with gentle shaking in light at 23°C. WT plants were treated with 100 nM RGF1 peptide for 4 hours.
Growth protocol Seedlings were grown for 7 days after germination.
Extracted molecule polyA RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA from each samples was isolated using an RNeasy Plant Mini Kit (Qiagen, Japan)
The isolated total RNA was processed for preparing mRNA sequencing library using the Illumina TruSeq Stranded mRNA Sample preparation kit (Illumina) accoding to the manufacturer’s protocol.
