Sample GSM4216777 Query DataSets for GSM4216777
Status Public on Dec 01, 2020
Title E95_R_MeRIP-in_1
Sample type SRA

Source name longissimus dorsi
Organism Sus scrofa
Characteristics tissue: skeletal muscle
developmental stage: 95 days post coitus
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA (PK15 and skeletal muscle) was purified using Trizol reagent (Invitrogen, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
To degrade any possible DNA contamination, the total RNA samples were dissolved in diethylpyrocarbonate (DEPC)-treated water and treated with DNaseI. Paired-end sequencing libraries with insert size of 300 bp were conducted on the HiSeq 2,500 platform following the Illumina’s protocols.
MeRIP-seq/R-MeRIP-seq

Library strategy OTHER
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection other
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2500

Description rRNA_depleted RNA
E95-1-n.TPM
Data processing Trimmomatic was used for trimming adapters and filtering on length and quality of the raw sequencing reads with default settings
Clean reads were mapped to respective reference genome using hisat2 with default settings.
reference genome:Sscrofa11.1 (GCA_000003025.6)
