Cells were harvested using Accutase and PBS; RNA was extracted from 1 million cells using the RNEasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) as per manufacturer instructions. RNA was quantified using the Nanodrop. Libraries were constructed at the Center for Health Genomics and Informatics using the NEBNext Ultra II Directional RNA Library prep kit (New England Biolabs) with ribosomal RNA depletion Samples were sequenced on a NextSeq 500 for 150 cycles (single-end; 1x75bp)
