Title |
ChIP-seq of H3K4me3 in atx1-II |
Sample type |
SRA |
|
|
Source name |
inflorescence stems
|
Organism |
Arabidopsis thaliana |
Characteristics |
tissue: inflorescence stems chip antibody: H3K4me3 (Millipore, 04-745) genotype: atx1 stem region: II
|
Growth protocol |
Arabidopsis were grown under long day (16h light, 8h dark, 22℃)
|
Extracted molecule |
genomic DNA |
Extraction protocol |
Histone-DNA complexes were isolated with H3K4me3 antibody The ChIP-seq library was constructed by Novogene Corporation (Beijing, China).

|
Data processing |
ChIP-seq reads were aligned to Arabidopsis thaliana genome (TAIR 10) using BWA with default parameters and only uniquely mapped reads were kept. Then MACS2 (version 2.1.0) peak calling software was used to identify regions of IP enrichment over background. Genome_build: TAIR10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: bigwig
