40℃ high tempeature stress condition P169A rep2 |
Sample type |
SRA |
|
|
Source name |
Early-log phase cells
|
Organism |
Saccharomyces cerevisiae |
Characteristics |
phenotype: Stress tolerant culture conditions: 40 degrees C high tempeature stress condition strain: P169A growth phase: early log
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Sample were grown on YP medium containing 200 g/l glucose at 30ºC at 200 rpm for 10 h to the early-log phase, and harvested in Falcon tubes precooled in liquid N2 by centrifuging for 5 minutes at 4000 rpm (3220 × g). The supernatant was discarded, and the pellet was stored at −80°C until further use. Total RNA extraction, library construction and sequencing were conducted by Novogene Bioinformatics Technology Co., Ltd (Beijing, China). RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols.
