Description Pooled RNA from whole lung homogenate from three female FVB/N mouse heterozygous for Rosa26-rtTA2 and TetO7-Bmpr2-R899X transgenes, fed doxycycline for 6 weeks starting at average age 5 months, with recombinant human ACE2 in osmotic pumps infused for the final 2 weeks. Mice had near normal right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP) at time of sacrifice. These transgenics often develop pulmonary arterial hypertension.
Data processing Raw Affymetrix CHP and CEL files. Data processed using MAS5.0.
