Gene expression after 16hr fasting in mouse liver

Data processing |
Data was extracted using Agilent Feature Extraction software. Normalization was performed using Agilent GeneSpring GX 11.5. Raw signal intensities were normalized in quantile method by GeneSpring GX v11.5, and low intensity genes were filtered.
