Data processing |
Library strategy: WGS Data of WGS (fastq file format) were quality-checked. The remaining reads were mapped to the marmoset genome (cj1700) using bowtie2. Discordant and Split reads were used to identify transgene insertion regions. Genome_build: cj1700 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Insertion_site.xlsx describes the transgene integration sites in the genome.
