Raw reads were trimmed with Trimmomatic (v.0.39). Trimmed reads were aligned with STAR (v.2.5.2) to the GRCg6a chicken genome. Count tables were created with HTSeq (v.0.6.1). Assembly: GRCg6a Supplementary files format and content: Comma separated values file (.csv) . Count table created by HTSeq where genes are rows and cells are columns.
