Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted with RNeasy Plus Micro Kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany), according to manufacturers protocol. Samples with RNA integrity greater than 9.0 were chosen for library preparation with the TruSeq Stranded mRNA Sample Prep Kit (Illumina, San Diego, California), according to manufacturers protocol.
