Treatment protocol |
When tumor was established, 359 mg/kg capecitabine orally was administered one day before the administration of 5 mg/kg ERY974 for 5 consective days in the combination group. In the monotherapy group, each agent was administered as described above. Then, tumours were collected on day 14 after ERY974 administration and used for RNA analysis.

RNA was harvested from the tumors using RNeasy mini kit (Qiagen). Total RNA was used for RNAseq. RNA libraries for RNA-seq were prepared using TruSeq Stranded mRNA Library Prep Kit following manufacturer's protocols.
