Extraction protocol |
Small RNAs were size-selected (Ambion - miRvana). We then captured the 3' end (IDT-Linker-1 or IDT-Linker-2). These 3'-captured small RNAs were then further size selected. Subsequently, size-selected linkered RNAs were ligated to a barcoded 5' adapter, reverse transcribed, amplified and sequenced.
