Treatment protocol |
The sham mice were administered the same amount of PBS. After 28 days, the mice were euthanized and the kidney tissue samples were harvested for histopathological analysis. Aristolochic acid nephropathy was induced by a one-time intraperitoneal injection of aristolochic acid (5 mg/kg body weight, A5512, Sigma-Aldrich) in PBS. After 28 days, the mice were euthanized and the kidney tissue samples were harvested for histopathological analysis.

Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence by using Seqtk. The sample was mapped using Hisat2(version:2.0.4) The quantification of transcripts expressed for each sequenced samples was performed using Stringtie(version:1.3.0) Differentially expressed genes were identified using edgeR Assembly: mm10 Supplementary files format and content: tab-delimited text files include FPKM values for each Sample
