Arabidopsis seedlings were grown on MS (Murashige and Skoog) medium plates for 11 days, under a 16 h light/8 h dark photoperiod at 22°C.

Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted from 11-day-old Arabidopsis plants with TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen). Sequencing libraries were built for RNA-seq (Illumina Novaseq 6000; 150-bp pair-end sequencing).

Data processing |
Basecalling performed using bcl2fastq. The clean reads were aligned to the Arabidopsis genome (TAIR10) using hisat2. The expression of genes were obtained with the R package edgeR. Assembly: TAIR10 Supplementary files format and content: Tab-delimited text file include normalized reads for each sample.
