Extraction protocol RNA was harvested using using the hot acid phenol protocol. 1ug of total RNA input was used for all libraries.
NEBNext® Poly(A) mRNA Magnetic Isolation Module (E7490) and NEBNext® Ultra™ II RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina® (E7770, E7775) were used to prepare the libraries according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
