Description |
B cells from flu-infected mice (IFNR knockout) Array 27 - 27.N.B._620.CEL
|
Data processing |
The dataset was preprocessed using the following procedures: (1) background correction; (2) normalization using the quantile method (Bolstad et al. 2003); (3) summarization of probe set values using the RMA (Robust Multi-array Analysis) method, which fits a specified robust linear model to the probe level data. The abovementioned procedures were performed using the Bioconductor package “affyPLM”.
