Data processing |
TPM for each transcript was quantified using Salmon. TPM was concatanated by gene. The circadian periodicity and related parameters were calculated using BioCycle. Assembly: ce10 Supplementary files format and content: Excel file with TPM values and BioCycle statistics for each gene at each timepoint.
