Total RNA was isolated from embryonic cardiac tissue using Total RNA Purification kit (Norgen). RNA-sequencing, the integrity and purity of the RNA was initially checked at the Bioanalyzer (Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer) by using RNA 6000 Nano Agilent kit
stranded mRNA-seq libraries were prepared with the NEBNext RNA Ultra II kit with 300 ng as an input as 12 PCR cycles
prepared libaries were pooled in the equimolar amount and sequenced with a single-end running mode with the Illumina NextSeq 500 instrument
