Sample GSM7528389 Query DataSets for GSM7528389
Status Public on Jul 31, 2024
Title heart_sleep fragmented_5 weeks_SF 3
Sample type RNA

Source name heart, sleep fragmented, 5 weeks, SF 3
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue: heart
gender: female
age: 21 weeks
Treatment protocol The ventricles were isolated from mice after intervention.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was isolated from the heart using Total RNA Extraction Reagent (Invitrogen, Bio-Tek, Inc., USA). The RNA was further purified using RNeasy spin columns (Qiagen p/n 74104) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Label Cy3
Label protocol The RNA was amplified and labeled using the Agilent Quick Amp One-Color labeling kit (Agilent p/n 5190-0442).

Hybridization protocol Then the RNA was hybridized using an Agilent Gene Expression Hybridization Kit (Agilent p/n 5188-5242).
Scan protocol Following microarray hybridization and washing, the processed slides were scanned with an Agilent DNA microarray scanner (Agilent p/n G2565BA).
Description gene expression after 5 weeks of sleep fragmentation
Data processing The raw gene expression data were extracted from Agilent Feature Extraction Software (Version 10.5.1.1) and imported into Agilent GeneSpring GX software (version 11.0) for further analysis. The microarray data sets were normalized in GeneSpring GX using the Agilent Feature Extraction one-color scenario (primarily using quantile normalization).
