Sample GSM7679779 Query DataSets for GSM7679779
Status Public on Dec 31, 2023
Title Untransplanted kidney of GalT-/-;hCD39;hCD55 pig
Sample type SRA

Source name Kidney
Organism Sus scrofa
Characteristics tissue: Kidney
genotype: GalT-/-;hCD39;hCD55
treatment: Untransplanted
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol 2 μg total RNA was extracted from pig normal kidney (untransplanted) and transplanted kidney using the Phenol/Chloroform extraction method.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using LEXOGEN Quant-Seq Library Prep Kit (Cat#001.24) standard protocols.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NextSeq 500

Data processing Illumina Casava1.8 software used for basecalling.
Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence(using fastx_trimmer), then mapped to Sus Scrofa (NCBI) whole genome using Bowtie2
Read count extraction using bedtools.
Assembly: Sscrofa11.1
Supplementary files format and content: tab-delimited text files include read count values for each Sample
