Total RNA was purified using a classic acid phenol/chloroform extraction and classical alcohol precipitation.100µg of total RNA were purified by Qiagen RNA easy kit (silica column tubes) and further digested by Dnase I Rnase-free.

Raw data were normalized with Partek Genomic Suite software 6.5 (Partek Inc., St. Louis, MO, US) using Robust Multiarray Average (RMA) statistical algorithm, which includes RMA background correction, quantile normalization, log2 transformation.
