adipocyte-derived small extracellular vesicles were isolated from serum and CSF using Exoquick and Exoquick TC precipitation reagents followed by immunoselection. Total RNA was extracted using mirVana RNA isolation kits. Total RNA was amplified with the complete Seramir Exosome RNA amplification kit.
