Following fragmentation,2.5 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16-18 hr at 45C on Affymetrix Mouse Gene ST 1.0 Array. The arrays were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450 using FS450_0007 script.

GeneChips were scanned using the GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G and the CEL intensity files were produced by GeneChip Operating Software v. 1.4.
