Sample GSM7966092 Query DataSets for GSM7966092
Status Public on Dec 16, 2023
Title Skin normal 37
Sample type genomic

Source name Saliva
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics gender: F
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol Extraction of genomic DNA from saliva was performed using MagMAX DNA Multi-Sample Ultra 2.0 Kit on KingFisher™ Flex Purification System.
Label Cy3, Cy5
Label protocol 250ng of genomic DNA was whole-genome amplified in an overnight reaction at 37˚C using amplification master mix (MA1, MA2 and MSM). After incubation the amplified DNA was fragmented with fragmentation mix (FMS), precipitated with isopropanol and precipitation mix (PM1) and resuspended in hybridization buffer (RA1).

Hybridization protocol RA1 resuspended DNA was loaded onto Infinium Asian Screening Array-24 v1.0 BeadChip . After incubation 16 - 24 hours at 48˚C, single-base extension and allele-specific staining was performed on a Te-flow chamber rack system (Tecan, Maennedorf, Switzerland).
Scan protocol After allele-specific staining the Beadchip was coated with XC4, dried for 1 hour and scanned by IScan Software (Illumina).
Description Genomic DNA extracted from saliva was genotyped usingInfinium Asian Screening Array-24 v1.0 BeadChip).
gst-skin-37
Data processing Genomic DNA extracted from saliva was genotyped using ASA-24 v1.0 Beadchip (Illumina).
