Sample GSM8057579 Query DataSets for GSM8057579
Status Public on Jul 23, 2024
Title DGAM_wk8_Bcells
Sample type SRA

Source name lymph node
Organism Macaca mulatta
Characteristics tissue: lymph node
cell type: B cells
treatment: Untreated
animal id: DGAM
timepoint: wk8
Extracted molecule polyA RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was isolated from cell lysates using the RNAzol RT protocol as per the manufacturer’s instructions
RNA Illumina-ready libraries were generated using NEBNext Ultra II RNA Prep reagents (New England BioLabs). Using oligo dT beads (Invitrogen), poly-adenylated RNA was purified and subsequently fragmented, followed by double-stranded cDNA synthesis, end repair, and adapter ligation. The ligated DNA was then barcoded and amplified by a limited cycle PCR and the libraries were sequenced using a paired-end 150-base protocol on either a HiSeq 4000 or a NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina).

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 4000

Data processing Illumina reads were aligned to the Macaca mulatta genome (Mmul_10 build 102) using the STAR aligner (version 2.7.10a) and counted using HTSeq (2.0.2).
Assembly: Mmu_10 build 102
Supplementary files format and content: raw gene count file
