|
Organism |
Drosophila melanogaster |
Characteristics |
tissue: Whole genotype: WT treatment: Inhalation, Filtered air
|
Treatment protocol |
The flies of both sexes were exposed to CMIT/MIT aerosol for 1 hour at 330 mg/m3.
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNA was harvested using Trizol reagent (Invitrogen). 500 ng of total RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using LEXOGEN Quant-Seq Library Prep Kit (Cat#015) standard protocols.

Data processing |
Illumina Casava1.8 software used for basecalling. Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and filtered for low-complexity or low-quality sequence(using fastp), then mapped to dm6 (NCBI) whole genome using STAR. Read count extraction using HTSeq-count. Assembly: dm6 Supplementary files format and content: tab-delimited text files include read count values for each Sample
