Data processing |
The data output was analyzed using GeneSpring GX 10.0 commercial software (Agilent Technologies Inc., Palo Alto, CA, USA). p-values were calculated using an unpaired t-test. Expression values with a p-value ≤0.05 and a fold difference of ≥1.5-fold relative to wild-type baseline expression levels were considered significant.
