Status Public on Jul 09, 2024
Title Pre 7
Sample type SRA

Source name Blood
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue: Blood
cell type: PBMC
Growth protocol Cultured C-225 cells were resuspended in sterile PBS and Matrigel in a 1:1 ratio. Subsequently, 2 million tumor cells were injected subcutaneously into the flank regions of each mouse.
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol PBMCs were isolated from peripheral blood samples collected from C-225 tumor-bearing mice (n=7) on day 102 (pre-PBMC) and day 116 (post-PBMC) after the first tumor inoculation. Each mouse has 2 samples sequenced including pre- and post-PBMC, tumor rechallenge was on day 109. RBC was lysed and genomic DNA was purified.
