Treatment protocol |
Day 70 male mice were subjected to CO2 asphyxiation followed by cervical disolaction. Whole brain tissue was dissected in under five minutes and flash frozen liquid nitrogen.

C57BL/6J mice were prenatally exposed to ethanol either via Trimister 1,2, or 3, injections or continous preference drinking (Labelled T1, T2, T3, or CPD, respectively).

miRNA Expression data from Day 70 males exposed prenatally to alcohol via mothers given free access to 10% ethanol and water as source of liquid from gestation day 0 (G0) to postnatal day 10 (P10).

Data processing |
Probes were summarized to gene level data in Partek Genomics Suite v6.6 (Partek, St. Louis, MO, USA) using the RMA algorithm. Partek software was used to determine ANOVA p-values and fold changes.
