Arabidopsis thaliana cell cultures sub-cultured every week. Agrobacterium- or mock-inoculated 3 days after sub-culture. Inoculated samples co-hybridized with reference RNA. Reference RNA: pool of RNA samples from mock-treated cell cultures.
Data processing
Lowess normalization (Cui et al., 2003) done in Matlab, analysis done with SAM (Tusher et al., 2001).
