Extraparenchymal extension is clinical or macroscopic evidence of invasion of soft tissues. Microscopic evidence alone does not constitute extraparenchymal extension for classification purposes. T1: Tumor measuring 2 cm or less in greatest dimension without extraparenchymal extension.
