A benign adipocytic neoplasm, characterized by ill-defined tumor margins and the presence of variable proportions of mild to moderately atypical spindle cells, adipocytes, lipoblasts, pleomorphic cells, multinucleated giant cells, and a myxoid or collagenous extracellular matrix.
