Definition

Granulomatous inflammation that surrounds the bronchi and bronchioles, replacing bronchial walls and mucosa. In bronchocentric granulomatosis, the lumen of the airway contains necrotic debris, and palisaded histiocytes surround the lumen. [from HPO]
