Telomere dysfunction effect on male germ cells

Expression profiling of male germ cells lacking the telomerase RNA component, Terc, or the DNA repair/telomere binding protein, Ku86, or both. Germ cells obtained from seminiferous tubules of 3 to 5 month old males. Results identify processes affected by dysfunctional telomeres.
