(Submitter supplied) To observe the process of carcinogenesis, CPC-Apc mice were used as a mouse model of spontaneous colorectal cancer. MiRNAs (miR-200c, miR-302 (-a,-b,-c,-d), and miR-369 (-3p, -5p)) or negative control miRNA were intravenously injected to CPC-Apc mice from 8 weeks of age 3 times per week for 8 weeks with super carbonate apatite as drug delivery system. Interleukin-6 modifies the expression profile of microRNA in mouse 3T3-L1 adipocytes

(Submitter supplied) In the present study we examined the expression profile of microRNA in mouse 3T3-L1 adipocytes treated with IL-6, a known inflammatory cytokine and an adipo-myokine. The miRNA microarray analysis revealed increased expression of 9 miRNA species in adipocytes exposed to IL-6 (1 ng/ml) for 8 days of differentiation.
