Transcriptomic analysis of the duckling liver mRNA methylome following infection by the virulent and attenuated Hepatitis A virus type 1 strains

(Submitter supplied) Duck hepatitis A virus (DHAV) modulates host physiology and gene expression. The RNA modification N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modulates mRNA fate and thus affects many biological processes in mammals. Neither modifications on mRNAs have been reported in avian species.
