(Submitter supplied) As pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) continues to be recalcitrant to therapeutic interventions including poor response to immunotherapy, albeit effective in other solid malignancies, a more nuanced understanding of the immune microenvironment in PDAC is urgently needed.
