NimbleGen Bos taurus Btau4.0 3x720k whole genome tiling CGH

Protocol: see manufacturer's web site www.nimblegen.com Maskless array synthesis was used to construct isothermal arrays. Probes were selected with a median probe spacing of 3.3 kb.
