It has been shown that several factors act in the regulation of gene expression as global coordinators. Thus, some kind of information is transferred from the nucleus to the cytoplasm, imprinted in the mRNA. (Submitter supplied) Nylon macroarray (7 x 11 cm) with 6144 positions: 6035 single spotted yeast ORF/non-ORF gene probes; 45 probes for rRNA controls and 15 probes for B. subtilis genes as spiked controls.
