Analysis of an artificial zinc finger epigenetic modulator: widespread binding but limited regulation

(Submitter supplied) Artificial transcription factors (ATFs) and genomic nucleases based on a DNA binding platform consist- ing of multiple zinc finger domains are currently be- ing developed for clinical applications.
