(Submitter supplied) Systemic lupus erythematosus is a chronic autoimmune disease with multifactorial ethiopathogenesis. The complement system is involved in both the early and late stages of disease development and organ damage. To better understand autoantibody mediated complement consumption the GAPAID consortium examined ex vivo immune complex formation on autoantigen arrays. (Submitter supplied) Printing procedure was performed by sciFlexarrayer S11 printer. As substrate ‘FAST® Slides’ (Main Manufacturing) with 16 NC pads were used. Two separed batches were printed in two runs to be prepared enough slides. Setup: sub-array with 13 x 12 (X;Y) spot positions; dot pitch between spots 400μm (X:Y); 1 drop per spot; dispensed size per drop 330 pico liter; each sample printed into 3x replicates (except BB-position spots and PBS negative control)
